So, we've seen a lot of theories about Aria being -A or even BIG -A. But we always end up thinking that it would be ilogic one of the liars hurting herself and even almost killing herself...

• When Ali visited Aria she said she saw "A" everywhere and so did she and that she was surprised that Spencer hadn't noticed yet... I could be a clue that Aria is -A
• Let's remember that like Wren she has a schizophrenic relative. Schizophrenia is hereditary and it would explain why -A is aggressive and maybe a double personality...
• When Aria breaks the mirror it breaks into a lot of pieces. Is this a clue about doble personality?
  
  
                                 

• Let's remember that when Marlene was asked for a clue about the main -A she said BIG A and that's how Mona called Aria once... and Mona is on the -A team...
• When Marlene was asked wether if Aria could be -A she said anything was possible in Rosewwood.
• Plus, why didn't Ali tell Aria she missed her like she said to the rest of the girls?
• Plus! When Ali visits Aria we can see a mamushka or Russian doll. It's a doll that has several dolls inside. Each smaller than the other one. I think this is an indication that Aria has a multiple personality disorder, and that Big A is her alter ego.

This is is How Big -A recruited the A team theory by  Pretty Little Liars Trivia.

In 2x25, there was a flashback of Ali and Mona, Ali was wearing the red coat. (red is the new black, remember?) Ali said she was watching someone, and most people thought she was watching A. I dont think that, I believe she was watching the GIRLS. This moment is when I believe the A TEAM started. She gave Mona her number, and that is how she recruited her to the A team. What do you think? I just dont think PLL would do a flashback that wasnt real and made up, it must mean SOMETHING.

This is the Aria is A 2.0 by Theysayinwonderland

1x1 Pilot: This isn’t just to do with the pilot, but since the beginning, Aria has been the main focus since she is the only liar to do the ‘shh’ in the opening sequence. Maybe this suggests she is the center of attention, thus, head A.

1x4 Can You Hear Me Now: Aria takes interest in the typewriter as Ezra’s apartment as she spends a lot of time there. In the same episode, Aria vows to tell her mother about her fathers affair, but A beats her to it with a letter made on a typewriter. 

1x12 Salt Meets Wound: I used this for my Ezra theory but it’s actually really relevant to the Aria theory. Aria is explaining to Ezra who wrote the note on the car, and that it was Noel Kahn. At the time the other liars believed Noel was A, so to keep the story straight she agreed that the person writing on the car was A. As she explains to Ezra, the camera keeps panning to him with the blackboard behind him, and Aria’s explanation with the words that stand out on the board, she would be saying “I know who wrote that message on your car. [It was A] It was Noel Kahn. […But I was A].

1x13 Know Your Frenemies: Just as Noel Kahn was about to go to the principal about Aria and Ezra, A set him up to look as though he’d stole test answers. It usually looks as though the sort of thing A would do would be to expose Aria and Ezra’s relationship. Aria and Ezra have also had their relationship threatened many more times but A finds a way of helping them. 

2x2 The Goodbye Look: Mona refers to Aria as ‘Big A’. Aria and Mona never really seemed friendly so it’s not like they have nicknames for each other. Mona could’ve referred to Aria as the main A, or the boss without anyone noticing because no one suspects Aria of being A or part of it. Aria also knew Mona was calling her as she rolled her eyes, if they weren’t really friends with nicknames, how did Aria know she was ‘Big A’?

2x18 A Kiss Before Lying: Aria admits to having lied to her friends, in context she means about Spencer not telling Hanna about them all working on A’s videos, out of context looking like she was talking about Ezra. However, she is notorious for keeping bigger secrets, for example, her friends didn’t know about her relationship until the 11th episode.

2x20 CTRL:A: A sends another letter written on a typewriter, but this time to Byron, cluing him in to the 

whereabouts of Aria and Ezra. Conveniently, Aria cancels and Byron shows up, and Ezra leaves as soon as he 
sees Byron, saving Aria and making it look like someone is out to get her.

2x22 Father Knows Best: At the end of the episode, Aria mentions she’s cold so puts on Alison/Vivian’s red coat that was in the back of the car, this was the last time we saw the coat.

2x22 Father Knows Best: The other liars say Aria is best at lying to the people she loves. Aria agrees to do the task but it’s been mentioned multiple times Aria is good at keeping secrets, best at lying, could turn against her own family etc, maybe Aria is keeping the biggest secret from them all: that she is the head of the whole A thing.

2x22 Father Knows Best: To stop Ashley looking for answers, Aria tells her that she herself is A. Aria could 

have done this to stop Ashley delving into A’s secrets to save herself and the rest of the A team but it looks like

she is protecting Hanna. Again, no one really would suspect her as A so they assume it’s just a careless lie,

but of course, Aria is the best at lying to the people she cares about.

2x25 UnmAsked: At the end of this episode, Mona is visited by who we assume is the ‘main’ A, who is wearing

a red coat. Marlene King stated that there is one A who has helpers known as A also, Aria could be this main A.

Spencer also finds A’s sketches of their costume, saying they’re going as the Black Swan, after googling, there is an alternative look to a Black Swan costume used to advertise the Natalie Portman movie.

Spoby and Mona Theory by Pretty Little Liars Latinoamerica

I think Mona is jealous and she put Toby's credential from Radley in a drawer where Spencer could find it...
Why do I think this? Because in the end of 3x16 we can see Mona happy at Toby's. Maybe she knew that Spencer had a surprise for Toby... Plus she was "celebrating" alone. And if Mona was actually  jealous that could be an excusa for ruining Spoby's aniversary or their relationship.

In Season 1, Episode 16 (Je Suis une Amie) while Hanna is climbing in the library, a Toni Morrison poster is prominently shown on the wall beneath her... Toni Morrison is an American novelist, editor, and professor. Her novels are known for their epic themes, vivid dialogue, and richly detailed characters. The Bluest Eye is her first novel, The story is about a year in the life of a young black girl who has blue eyes.Who has blue eyes in pretty little liars? Toby and Ezra!

PLUS in one episode we can see written in the chuckboard something that looks like "Morrison"... There are no coincidences in Rosewood.

In an interview with ABC Family, when -A was asked what he liked to do in his/her free time, he/she answered target shooting. In the episode Reality bites me (Season 1) Ezra is playing target shooting with Aria and a friend...

Meredith is -A

The Meredith is -A theory:

We all know Meredith, and I can say without making a mistake that we all think she is a real bitch. Byron's former lover appeared again this season and she did things we never thought she would do... There are several reasons why we think Meredith is part of the team who stalks the girls.

1) A liar, An -A: There's this theory going around that says every girl has her own -A. Mona would be Hanna's -A, Toby would be Spencer's -A, and could be Meredith Aria's -A? It's already been revealed that the next -A we will get to know is someone who Aria knows well and Aria knows Meredith pretty well...

2) Pills: We know -A has an access to some pills or medication. For example, they used them on Emily the day she was kidnapped. We saw in 3x16 that Meredith deals with medication, maybe she is the one who provides the -A team of pills and other stuff...

3) Interview with The Hollywood Reporter: Amanda Schull had an interview with THR and she said:
THR: Is Meredith part of the bigger picture?
Schull: I think Meredith is part of the bigger picture. That's how I see the whole situation. Meredith has always been an outsider, but I think we'll have to stay tuned to see where she goes.
What does she mean with the bigger picture? That she has something to do with the main plot? And the main plot is -A stalking the liars... Does this mean that she is one of the people who are against them?




4)Season 3, Episode 2:  Meredith applied for a teaching position at Rosewood High and "A" left a gift in Aria's locker... Coincidence?

5) Meredith and Ali, a hidden friendship?

Ali and Aria spotted Byron kissing Meredith.
In a Season 1 flashback, Ali and Aria just happened to stumble across Byron and Meredith kissing in his car down a side street. A side street Ali pulled Aria into while trying to run away from Mona. Sure, coincidences happen all the time, but where Ali is concerned, there is no such thing as a coincidence. Ali and Meredith could have set up that sighting in order to start the chain of events that should have led to Ella and Byron's divorce.

Ali forced Aria to tell Ella the truth.
When Ali was alive, she tried to force Aria to tell her mother about Byron's affair. She didn't, she covered it up instead. But a year later, "A" revealed Byron's secret in a letter to Ella after Ella and Meredith had started to become friends. Had Meredith not been in town when it happened, it might not have been quite as suspicious, but for "A," timing is everything. It seems likely that fanning the flames of the affair was a pre-conceived idea, meant to drive Byron and Ella apart.

Ali could have planted the earrings.
In the episode, "Blood Is The New Black," a flashback showed Aria and Ali snooping in Byron's office for clues that his affair was really over. While Aria was searching his desk, Ali produced an earring. We didn't see her finding it, we just saw her holding it. This reeks of a set-up with Ali having the earrings in her pocket to place on the scene when Aria wasn't looking. When one of the earrings reappeared in the present, and Aria gave it back to Meredith, Meredith said it wasn't hers. This leaves two options. Byron was sleeping with more than one of his students or co-workers, or Ali planted them. Devious as she was, the latter is most likely.

"A" pushed Meredith and Byron closer by forcing Aria to apologize.
Aria received a text from "A" telling her she needed to apologize for trashing her father's office and blaming it on Meredith the day she and Ali found the earring. To her credit, Aria stepped up, but as a direct result, Byron and Meredith arranged a lunch date. This is bad news for Aria, but definitely something Ali, or "A," could have predicted or even planned.

5) -A kettle:  In 3x16 Meredith "took care" of Aria while she was ill... She gave her a "medicinal tea" that was actually full of sleeping pills. But did anyone notice the 'A' on the kettle aria was drinking the tea from?

If Ali and Meredith are, or were, working together, is Ali really dead? (Check Ali's twin theory here) (Check Ali being -A theory here). Whatever the truth is, it can't be an accident that Meredith applied for a job at Rosewood High. She is trying to get Byron back.

Jason is not in the -A team theory by Pretty Little Liars (Fan Page)

I think Jason wrote the note in Monas Locker 'Takes one mad cow to know another' 
I now how it seems that Mona and Jason are working together. but i think Jason is working with Mona, so he wont get killed like Garret and Ian , So the A team thinks he is on there side. when he isnt. 
I think he wrote the note but Mona wouldnt think it was him. They would think it was Lucas as he just left the A team as he got his money he needed to pay back Caleb which is why he joined.
Now lucas is on the girls side (the Anti A team)
Jason, hates the A team as he was the NAT club.
Also look at the handwriting in the 50 000 doller check, its kinda childish handwriting, the same us ' Takes one Mad cow to know another '

and did you see Jasons face when Mona picked up the Brain. He wasnt suprised, If they were 'so close' wouldnt he go help her. His face is pretty creepy. It looks like he knew what was coming.
Also it interviews with Oliver Goldstick and Etonline!
EtonLine- the closing moment made Jason a suspect in Arias attempted murder. What can you say?
Oliver-
I think he also remains such a mystery. Which side he is playing for is really gonna be the question.Jason got a big arc this season and its alot of whiplash. His cozying up with Mona is going to be quite a eye opening question for the girls.

Think about it, It makes sense even this cryptic interview proves it.
Jason isnt really bad. He is doing it to keep himself alive as he may be the next NAT memeber dead, if mona finds out.
and When if he tried to kill aria, It sounded like he REALLY didnt want to do it.
he said to the girl ( who i believe is Mona) ' You lied to me'
Maybe she told Jason it wasnt Aria or any of the girls.
As we all know Jason still has feelings for Aria! 

Ezra is -A Part 2

This is a post with some clues I've found latley that make me believe even more that Ezra is -A.

Remember Waitress "Marlene"? She is the waitress at the restaurent/diner where A and Anne Sullivan met in Season 2 episode Over My Dead Body. After A and Dr. Sullivan met and Dr. Sullivan just left she said: 

"How are you doing tonight, pretty eyes? You want a piece of pie?"

1) Who has really pretty eyes? Ezra!. Plus in one episode (I don't remember which) Aria wanted to send Ezra a text talking about his pretty eyes but, instead she sent it to Ella.
2) In one episode (don't remember which) an old lady comes into Ezra's apartment and gives him a cake... In 3x12 Maggie visits Ezra and he offers her a piece of cake. I mean, he could have offered : tea, coffee, water... nothing is a coincidence in Rosewood.

3) Remember that I've posted a picture were Ezra was teaching and we could read on the chuckboard "But I was -A". Well! this is not the only time the chuckboard gives us a clue, if you don't believe me watch this:

This is the Twin Theory by  Pretty Little Liars (Fan Page)

In the Halloween episode (2x13) the two-twin girl story that Ali explains, where the twin sister kills her sister over dolls. The actor on IMDB is casted as Alice/Twin #2. The sister that is the murderer has a beauty mark on her right cheek and the Sister that died has two beauty marks on her left side! the twin that is in the season 3 halloween episode had the beauty mark on her right side, She was the murderer. Twin #2 is the one that re appears in the next Halloween episode as a ghost and she is the murderer. Alice’s name is a mix between Ali and Cece.
The actor is cast as Alice,she isnt just twin a and twin b. They are a real character which means we have not seen the end of them!
The dolls they were playing with looked like Aria, Spencer, hanna, emily and the doll they faught over was the 'Ali' doll!
The show is definatly going along the twin line!

Now this is the recent piece of info i found!

It is a blue bow!
This Blue Bow was worn on the girls dresses.
Why would Ali Have this?!

Holden is -A

The Holden is -A theory...

1) This is Ali's diary entry from Pretty Little Liars Wikia. She wrote something about someone texting her they were "watching her" this mada us think of the NAT club and how they said they saw "all". 


The temporary tattoo on Holden’s arm shown in the episode The Remains of A is of an eye in a circle. Holden explains that is part of a party that changes venues, one that he saw Maya at before. Could this tattoo represent the N.A.T. club? Their name itself means “We See All”, and an eye would be a perfect representation of that, don’t you think? 
PLUS this tattoo  matches the exact same tatoo in Emily's flashback of "That Night".
PLUS this tatto it looks A LOT like the eye in the wigi board -A sent to Hanna.








2) Who hit Hanna with the car? 2x14 Through Many Dangers, Toils and Snares: There are two things Mona didn’t do during her time as A in seasons 1 & 2, assuming one of them being losing the phone then getting hit by the car. 
2x18 A Kiss Before Lying: Holden reveals a bruise to Aria, he supposedly got it in his fighting tournament. When Hanna hit A with the car, it would have left a large bruise and caused damage in a similar place.

3) 2x15 A Hot Piece Of A: Holden turned up just in time for when Mona confessed to being A. He hasn’t always been a part of the show and just turned up out of nowhere so he isn’t highly suspected. Mona’s revelation as A surely would have been planned amongst the A team and would need someone to do her dirty work. Holden also told Aria he was at fighting tournaments when they were using their “arrangement” so she could see Ezra, but only once do we know he actually fought. One time, Holden’s plans were cancelled and if he was really fighting surely the club would still have gone ahead as it’s an entire group of people. Maybe he had an A mission, specifically to spy on Aria as A would know if her plans were cancelled.


4) 2x19 The Naked Truth: Holden had a large bag of some kind of pills, he said they were pain pills when Aria asked him about it. In 3x5 That Girl Is Poison Emily finds she was drugged the night when she was taken to Alison’s grave. Holden obviously had a way of accessing medication as he was hoarding hundreds of pain pills, not a standard box of painkillers. He could have accessed the sleeping pills.

Melissa is -A

The Melissa is -A theory...


1) If Toby says so...: In 3x08 (here) Spoby had a fight, and while they were fighting Toby said  "[...] and the people you really need to be protected from are the ones related to you". We really think that is a big clue since he's on the A team. Maybe he was taliking about himself but we don't think that's too possible. Toby said that to Spencer, so we would guess he is talking about Melissa.

2) Melissa has a twisty, complicated background with Ali, the NAT club, and the Liars. And while she doesn't quite seem like a criminal mastermind, she is a Hastings. They can do anything if they put their mind to it.



3) At the end of 3x04 we saw A at the airport, with a laptop. We have seen Melissa's laptop quite a few times and it has that distinct sign where the Apple sign or whatever should be. This signs happens to be the same as the one in -A's laptop. 
AND in the ending of 3X04 A is at the airport as mentioned above, and we can hear the airport speakers saying "Flight __ to PHILADELPHIA is departing soon" and at it is saying that A closes his/her laptop and gets ready to move. Who do we know that lives/ always goes to Philadelphia?! Melissa!

4) Melissa was the Black Swan, which is pretty suspicious, no matter what she said her reasoning for doing that was...

Motive: Ali stole Ian from her.

Caleb is -A

The Caleb is -A theory...

We don't hear a lot of people saying Caleb is -A but anything is possible in Rosewood and there are several things that make us think Caleb could be part of the -A team.

1) Black hoodie: We’ve already seen Caleb in a black hoodie, nothing happens on PLL without a reason. The girls thought it was A, but why did Caleb run after them without taking the hood off? Why did he turn off all the lights, knock over a lamp - creepy A things to do…

2) Paper bag: We've already talked about a paper bag in the Ezra is -A theory but maybe this clue was not about Ezra but Caleb. In one episode Hanna finds a brown paper bag where Caleb’s things are stashed, it has phones and money in it- they originally think that this is A’s stuff, money (Hanna’s mum’s money) and phones because A texts them, then they assume they are wrong. What if they aren’t? Caleb is DEFINITELY a tech savvy, and he plays around with phones all the time. He is so insistent on helping Hanna with things to gain her trust. We know that he was working for Jenna but, how do we know that he didn’t just blame her when he was caught rather than spilling everything, which an A character just obviously wouldn’t do..

At the end of the episode, A is shown to pull things out of a brown paper bag. Cooincidence? ….
Remember, A is someone who is unsuspecting, always around and close to the girls, all-knowing and very smart. Caleb.



3) He's tech savvy. There's no question that Caleb has skills that would highly benefit the "A" team. Is he the reason "A" is a tech wizard?

4) His suspicious beginnings. Let's not forget that Caleb first got close to Hanna to spy on her for Jenna. Could the entire relationship be a cover for other "A" activities?

5) His random absences. Yes, Caleb probably is just going to Cali to hang out with his birth mom. But it's possible his absences are about something else — something "A". 

6) His easy acceptance of what's going on. Caleb is always pushing to know more about what's going on with Hanna, but he never seems that phased when he finds out, even though everything that has gone down with "A" has been pretty darned crazy

7) Weird chatting:
1x17:
caleb: So your mom didn't believe you when you said leiland was shady?
hanna: well you don't sound very surprised

caleb: i'm used to that. that's why I called sarah hughes university and talked to a nice lady at the school of architecture about how I was thinking of applying and does she know a local guy named james leiland?
hanna: wait, you just called up and asked?
caleb: people love to talk.
caleb: and guess what? james leiland went to S.U. and opened an office in town.
hanna: see? he's legit!
caleb: yeah, he was a pretty good architect. right up until he dropped dead two years ago. Introducing james leiland (shows hanna a picture of him)
hanna: wait, my mom said his I.D. checked out.
caleb: -scoffs- alright, you ask the computer, is james leiland related to this potter lady? computer says yes, but you didn't ask if james leiland was still alive. knowing the right questions is better than having all the right answers.

The Ezra is -A theory...
Before I start talking please promise me you'll read everything because it took me hours to do this theory and to find all the pics and vids. Thanks xoxo.

1) Mona's Party: Remember Mona's party (1x10)? When Hanna got hit by the car? Mr. Fitz was at that party to see Aria, or that's what we thought... The car that hit Hanna looked a lot like his. Also, they recieved a text that said (quote) "She knew to much". She knew too much about what? Maybe about him and Aria?

2) A typewriter: Remember the letter -A 

send to Aria's parents saying he/she knew where 

she would be that night? And the letter -A send to Ella It was written with a typewriter and,

who had a typewriter? Ezra :) 

3) Paper bAg: In 1x16 Ezra and Aria wanted to take a picture, but they couldnt because they were keeping there romance in secret. They decided that they could put paper bags in their heads and took a picter with them. This was the result: 


And, then in 1x21 we got to see -A working but... what's that next to -A's hand?

paper bags are pretty easily accessible so this could be a coincidence but this would totally explain the completely random “bag head” photo and the decision to include the paper bag in the ending. the wrench could have very easily been pulled out of something obvious like a tool box. instead they chose a paper bag

3) Money, Money: In 3x08 we saw how -A took some money from the bank:

and then Aria found this huge amount of money hidden in Ezra's place, who was unemployee at that time... (see it HERE)



4) Nice tAste in music!: It looks like Ezra likes the same music as A does... coincidence? HERE you can see what -A likes to listen to and this is what Ezra likes:

4) Newspaper: In The Remains of the "A", .  Aria and Ezra are at Ezra's apartment and he tells Aria he is embarrassed that he lost his job, and is now answering want-ads for webzines... and then in the same episode we saw -A higlighting an ad. Could it be Ezra looking through want ads (as he said before)?

5) The power of the Lime: Remember when...

• Aria: *looking in the fridge* *takes out a lime*
• Ezra: What are you dooooing?" You leave my lime alone!
• Aria: I was just going to pet it.

And then -A had a drink with a... lime

6) An English mAn in NY: 

Remember this clue? “Nosey” with an “e” is the English spelling of the word meaning the author is familiar with British/English culture. What if it was two clues in one with the extra “e” meaning Ezra?

Supertramp is a classic British rock band. And as we saw in clue 4 that's what Ezra listens to.

Also what’s with Gregg Sulkin, a British actor (more specifically English) portraying his brother?

I know he’s extremely attractive, but he isn’t that good at hiding his accent.  There are plenty of actors that would have fit that have a more American accent, so there is no need to “settle” for someone that doesn’t.

I believe that Wesley is intentionally British.  If you pay attention to to the mother, you’ll notice that she has a British flair to her as well.

7) mAsking tApe:

In 3x18 Ezra marks the classroom with masking tape for the play rehearsal. at the end of the episdode we see A feeding rats in cages with masking tape labels.

8) In 1x02 in the car/rain scene with Aria and Ezra -the song playing in the background is fresh pair of eyes by brooke waggoner and one of the lines from the lyrics is: In a black hood of disguise

9) The chAlkboard: In season 1 episode 15 “married for love” is clearly written on the chalkboard behind ezra in his classroom. two episodes earlier, in 1x13, spencer receives an email from A that says “married for love or an alibi”.

This is not the only time we see a clue written in the chalkboard. We also saw this:

10) hAndwriting: Ezra’s handwriting on the Black board and A’s handwriting are pretty similar here. When writing large amounts on a black board you wouldn’t use your best handwriting. It is possible that if ezra wrote neatly that it would be identical to A’s.
